Island Savings is leading well with 2020 community grants
The Island Savings Community Endowment proudly supports projects for communities served by Island Savings on Vancouver, Pender and Salt Spring Islands. Since 2016, the endowment has provided 75 grants totaling $422,762 for community projects promoting resilient and sustainable Island communities.
The Island Savings Community Endowment was created by Island Savings with a $2 million donation to the First West Foundation as a lasting legacy for the communities served by Island Savings. Grants from this fund are aimed at promoting resilient and sustainable Island communities.
