First West Foundation is pleased to announce its 2024 grants for the Island Savings Community Endowment benefitting 11 worthy charities with $120,000 in grant funding through a mix of funding streams: impact grants, capacity grants, SOAR grants and multi-year commitments.

The First West Foundation is very pleased to announce the 2022 grants for the Island Savings Community Endowment benefiting a record 20 charities and $199,113 in shared grant funding.

The First West Foundation is very pleased to announce the 2021 grants for the Island Savings Community Endowment totaling $123,550.

First West Foundation is pleased to build on the momentum of the first two waves of 2021 Community Response Fund funding; just as a third wave of dollars has been released.

COVID-19 continues to impact the financial stability of our charitable partners; cancelled events and fundraising activities, loss of volunteers, reduced revenue and increased demands on services and programs has caused chaos for many and uncertainty for many more.

Established in 2015, the Island Savings Community Endowment was created by Island Savings with a $2 million donation to the First West Foundation as a lasting legacy for the communities served by Island Savings.
