Envision Employees' Endowment surprises 14 charities with a grant

A record number of charities received an Envision Financial Employees’ Endowment grant, housed with the First West Foundation earlier this year. The charities didn’t even know they were receiving funds, until the letter and cheque arrived in the mail. 

Wonder how that happens? 

Well, Envision staff are invited to nominate charities that are near and dear to them. A staff committee adjudicates the nominations, makes recommendations and grants are sent out. It’s that simple! 

We are very proud of the committee and their grant recommendations which saw 14 charities share in $27,000! Supporting charities in the Envision region since 2009, this unique fund grows through employee donations and has distributed $163,400 through 111 grants…and counting!
